Prior appointments are required for all photo shoots including the ones arranged via our gift certificates program. |

The creative fee for the selected package(s) must be paid in advance by the client at the time of taking the appointment. The fee is non-refundable. However, clients will have an option to re-schedule the photo shoot at a later date in case there is a need for it. The re-scheduled appointment date will depend on the availability of the photographer. |

Charges for the hired studio, models, stylists (makeup/hair/wardrobe/food), photo shoot permits at public/private/govt. properties, transportation & additional prints is not included in the package fee and will be an additional charge to the client. These charges must be paid in advance. |

CD with high resolution images & complimentary print (if applicable) will be ready within 7 days from the date of the photo shoot.

Clients will be responsible for arranging the necessary photo shoot permits at public / private / govt. properties prior to the photo shoot. |

The Terms and Conditions on this website are subject to change without advance notice to clients. However, the Terms and Conditions applicable on the day of sign-up will be specifically mentioned on the Photography Service Agreement and will hold good for the photo shoot that will be based on this service agreement.
