Prior appointments are required for all photo shoots including the ones arranged via our gift certificates program. |

For all packages except the Gift Certificate, a signup amount equal to 50% of the package fee must be paid in advance by the client at the time of taking the appointment. The balance amount must be paid by the client at the time of delivery of digital images or prints. The sign-up amount is non-refundable. However, clients will have an option to re-schedule the photo shoot at a later date in case there is a need for it. For Gift Certificate, full package fee must be paid in advance at the time of purchase. |

Costs for hired models, stylists (makeup/hair/wardrobe/food), photo shoot permits at public/private/govt. properties, transportation & additional prints is not included in the package fee and will be an additional cost for the client. |

CD with high resolution images will be delivered 2 to 3 days after the photo shoot & print(s) will be delivered after 5 to 6 days.

Clients will be responsible for arranging the necessary photo shoot permits at public / private / govt. properties prior to the photo shoot. |

The Terms and Conditions on this website are subject to change without advance notice to clients. However, the Terms and Conditions applicable on the day of sign-up will be specifically mentioned on the Photography Service Agreement and will hold good for the photo shoot that will be based on this service agreement. |
